Currently seeking experienced acoustical ceiling installation mechanics.    Salary commensurate with experience.  


Will train the right candiate in house.    


Assistant Construction Estimator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Construction Estimator to support our estimating and preconstruction teams. This position will assist with reviewing project plans, preparing quantity takeoffs, gathering subcontractor pricing, and developing accurate construction estimates.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in construction estimating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review architectural, structural, civil, and mechanical plans and specifications
  • Assist with material, labor, and equipment quantity takeoffs
  • Prepare and update cost estimates, bid forms, and proposal documents
  • Request, review, and compare pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Help identify project scope, exclusions, allowances, and potential risks
  • Maintain organized records of bids, quotes, plans, and estimating documents
  • Assist with bid invitations, subcontractor outreach, and bid solicitation
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project handoffs
  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and design professionals
  • Track changes to plans, addenda, and bid requirements
  • Support value-engineering reviews and cost-saving initiatives
  • Perform other estimating and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of construction, estimating, or related experience preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant education are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and terminology
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Google Suites, and Drive
  • Familiarity with estimating or project-management software such as [Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, Sage, or similar] is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team

Administrative Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a professional and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and general office needs

Qualifications

Construction Accounting AP/AR

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Accountant to manage financial activities related to construction projects, billing, and general accounting. The ideal candidate understands construction accounting practices, can work effectively with project managers and vendors and is committed to accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process progress billings, pay applications, invoices, and lien waivers
  • Review vendor invoices and payment documentation
  • Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts, and project ledgers
  • Monitor retainage, deposits, draws, and cash flow
  • Assist with job-cost reporting, financial statements, and month-end close
  • Maintain accurate records for project expenses
  • Collaborate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve billing or payment issues
  • Ensure accounting practices comply with company policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of job costing, construction billing, retainage, and percentage-of-completion accounting
  • Experience with accounting software such as Procore, Sage 300, Computerease, QuickBooks, or similar]
  • Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with AIA billing and pay applications

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and spreadsheets
  • Experience supporting month-end and year-end closing processes

Ceiling Mechanic / Tradesman

About the Role


Currently seeking experienced acoustical ceiling installation mechanics.    Salary commensurate with experience.
